This Web site (the "Site") is owned by Lockheed Martin Corporation (“LMC”) and operated/maintained by Buck Global, LLC. Any tools and/or services offered and/or provided through the Site (collectively, the "Services"), are provided to you (the “User”) conditioned upon your acceptance of these Terms of Use. These terms of use apply to any person accessing or using this Site, whether as a browser, guest, or registered user. References in these terms of use to “you” or “your” are to the person using or accessing this Site. References in these Terms of Use to “we”, “our”, and “us” are to Buck Global LLC. You agree to read these Terms of Use carefully before using the Site or any of the Services thereon. By using the Site or any Services, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, you may not use the Site or any Services. These Terms of Use are subject to change from time to time, and at any time without notice to you. Any changes will be incorporated into the Terms of Use posted to the Site from time to time.
Authorized Use and User Conduct
You agree that you will use the Portal and the Services in a manner consistent with these Terms of Use and other instructions posted on the Portal. You agree not to interrupt or attempt to interrupt the operation of the Portal or the Services in any way or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Portal, any portion thereof, or to any other computer systems through the Portal. You agree that you will not use the Portal in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Portal or interfere with any other party’s use and enjoyment of the Portal. You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available or provided for through the Portal. Unauthorized use of the Portal, including but not limited to unauthorized entry or attempted entry into any systems, misuse of Passwords, misuse of any information posted to the Portal, or illegal conduct is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to prohibit access to anyone determined by us to be violating or attempting to violate these Terms of Use.
Account and Password
In the course of your use of the Portal and our provision of the Services, we, or LMC, may be provided with your personal and confidential information (such information referred to hereinafter as “User Information”). Our information collection and use policies with respect to the privacy of such User Information are set forth in the Portal’s privacy policy, located on the Login screen, which is incorporated herein by reference for all purposes. To the extent LMC has access to or uses User Confidential Information its privacy policy CRX-017 will apply if you are an employee of LMC and its Website Privacy Notice will apply if you are not an employee of LMC.
When you enroll to be able to use the Portal, you will be issued an account, which will have an assigned username and Password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your user name and Password. You are solely responsible for all transactions, communications, and acts or omissions that occur through the use of your user name and Password by you or any person or entity using a Password provided to you, whether or not such access or use has been authorized by you. You agree to ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. It is your sole responsibility to control the dissemination and use of your Password, control access to and use of your account. We, nor LMC, are responsible or liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this provision. If you believe that someone has accessed your account on the Portal without your authorization, you should immediately contact us using the Contact Us feature on the Portal or by telephone.
Third Party Service Providers
We may use third party service providers (“Third Party Service Providers”) to provide Services with or without notice to you. We may also change Third Party Service Providers from time to time and at any time with or without notice to you. You consent and authorize us to delegate the authorizations you provide to us to Third Party Service Provider(s) as we deem necessary or desirable to provide the Services.

The Portal makes information of third parties ("Third Party Content Providers") available to Users. You acknowledge that you understand that the third party content is not created or endorsed by us or LMC. We or LMC may also change Third Party Content Providers from time to time and at any time with or without notice or your consent. You consent and authorize us to delegate the authorizations you provide to us to Third Party Content Provider(s) as we deem necessary or desirable to provide you with access to the content.

The Portal and the Services contain copyrighted works, trademarks and other proprietary material owned by us, LMC, Third-Party Service Providers, or Third-Party Content Providers. We, Third-Party Service Providers, or Third-Party Content Providers, and LMC own, all rights, title and interest in and to the Portal, all the content, data and materials thereon (with the exception of your personal and account information), the look and feel, design and organization of the Portal, and the compilation of the content, data and materials on the Portal, including but not limited to any copyrights, trademark rights, patent rights, and other intellectual property and proprietary rights therein. If no restrictions are displayed, you may download, view and copy the information available from the Portal for non-commercial personal or educational purposes only, provided that each copy includes the copyright, trademark or service mark notices or attributions as they appear on the screens copied. Except as stated above, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, create derivative works, publish, transmit, display, sublicense or distribute material or images from the Portal without our, LMC, Third-Party Service Providers, or Third-Party Content Providers’ express written permission, as applicable.
